You could say that about a lot of things though. This sounds to be a case of multiple examples of poor customer relations that have built up over time. It's being a loyal customer of a product, only to be treated rudely and not have your criticisms listened to. Eventually, the smallest thing will make you snap... that and this is the internet.

Its called gamer entitlement.
