To be fair, its understandable that the Japanese like games that are developed by Japanese developers, they tend to dislike western developers for whatever reasons, so i can understand the list. either way this dosent represent the complete Japanese gaming market, we know this by comparing the sales of these games to each other, that is a better measure of their popularity imo.
