If he really said that child labor laws are unconstitutional he'll be all over the media, haven't seen him yet but perhaps soon. He sounds like he has the views of a radical libertarian. Which are views that aren't inline with mainstream America and are never incorporated. The constitution is a living document and we have amended it to prohibit such practices so therefore they are not unconstitutional.
