The only reason I can think of not releasing the extra cars as DLC is just to artifical increase Fm3 sales. Artifical as in people buying two copies of the same game.
I also wonder how many more 360 owners compared to Ps3 as I know a few who bought and owned more than one 360 but not wii or ps3.
