Alan Wake was great, so was Metro 2033. I just wished both could have been kept under development for a bit longer. Alan Wake had the potential to be amazing, but it has a few serious issues that hold it back. Metro 2033 is the most underrated game of the year, it looked great, played great and the only issue I had with the game was that the AI gets really stupid sometimes. Both had the potential to reach Uncharted 2, Mass Effect 2 levels of greatness, but that's what sequels are for anyway.

Splinter Cell: Conviction was the best in the whole series (I didn't like the others), it was just too short and I don't play multi-player on the 360.

Your not missing out much anyway, the multiplayer is spec-ops missions and dont think at any point you play against other players which kills it really. My first Splinter Cell game and the campaign was worth it. That one level where you were a different character could have been done better, sticking more to the stealth approach rather than trying to be a TPS.

i think your refering to the iraq level, which was deffo pants.

but the rest are pretty good.

Yep, I was. I couldnt remember its name, although I knew it was from the gulf war.
