If you take the OP in consideration, they could be testing our technology for whatever reason.

People, aliens are real. I have had experiences with them. Several times they have come into my room and done stuff to me. They have touched my body and explored it in different ways until one time I decided to turn on the light and catch them but luckily my uncle was there in the room and scared them so much that they didn't return.

I'm copying this story to share with everybody I know, just so you know.  Damn, that post is full of awesome!
