New Xbox more than Likely by 2012

I'm interested in seeing how they will support cross-platforms and ease the transition of 12 million gold subscribers.  They can't just drop support of the 360 as that would be voluntarily giving up >= 2 billion p.a. in revenue when you include marketplace downloads, games, accessories etc.
