None of the above choice? Seriously locking up big shot developers is a way of the past. Everybody loses on this. Getting them to make an exclusive franchise for your console is another thing though. As exclusives tend the sell more on said platform and the developers gets money from Sony (or Microsoft or Nintendo for doing so). This can make up for the lost sales. Locking up the whole company effectively loses them like 60-70 maybe even 80% of their sales, nobody has that sort of money to put out (actually M$ does but all that money would be impossible to recuperate).

But i guess they could lock up level 5 if they wanted since they aren't that big, except like 90% of level 5 games are for Nintendo platforms.
