| Reach said: Microsoft lack of exclusives for 2011 prove one big thing : NEw Xbox is coming in 2012! Microsoft has no GAMES for 2011 except Gears of War 3 and Forza MotorSport 4 ... But no others big games only Kinect Games , Kingdoms wont hit in 2011 and Alan Wake 2 Halo Wars 2 are 2012 more than likely... i doubt we will see another Halo this Gen so NEXT XBOX in 2012 with Halo 4 as launch title is more than likely. As a 360 Fan i am so dissapointed... 2011 feels empty for Xbox we have alot of multi games and XBLA but no true exclusives till the FALL... Forza 4 , Kingdoms and Gears 3 seems awesome but only in FALL ?? So my summer will be a bodybuilding pools summer i was hoping for some Gears this summer but MS dropeed the ball. anyway Xbox 720 is more than likely by FALL 2012 with Alan Wake 2 , Halo 4 and Alot of Kinect 2.0 games. |
I would actually say that is incredibly unlikely. Microsoft have repeatedly said Halo Reach is 'Halo 4 in all but name' (kind of like Modern Warfare 2 is Call of Duty 6), so more likely Halo 5; although my personal bet is a Halo trilogy remake.
If the Gen 8 Xbox launches in 2012, chances are the Kingdoms game will be a launch title, as I think Microsoft are trying to put that IP on par with Gears and Halo, so it would be an incredibly bad move to release it in the same holiday season as Gears 3.
