The people who recorded him having sex and posting it on twitter or wherever should be prosecuted to the maximum extent for invading this person's privacy.. nowhere in my post did I defend them and I'd like to see them go to jail.. but that doesn't excuse this gay "uncle tom" for killing himself. No sympathy.

Oh, by the way, it IS illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation in New Jersey.

Yeah you really dont know the person's situation entirely. Depression and anxiety could have already been a factor in this person's life, and just because they chose to end it doesn't mean they are a spineless douche. I mean come on not everyone has the pysche and mental health that the average healthy person does. Guess you've never felt suicidal or had serious mental health problems. Don't have any sympathies because this person isn't up to snuff for ya? Gain a conscience, get a heart. Oh yea, and I'm gay too, and you suck at it.

Loads and loads of people suffer from depression and I'm sure this was a traumatic event for this person, but there is no reason to commit suicide. Everyone has felt suicidal at some point in their lives but that doesn't mean you have to do it. How being against it makes me suck at being a gay person just doesn't make sense.
