Though they DO have closed beta tests, this usually doesn't prove as worthy as 2 million people playing the game in beta form. I'm sure GOW3 (Gears of War 3) will have some exploits but lets face it, there are guys sitting around in their mom's basement trying to figure out button combinations to do a weapon slide (one of the best glitches ever) or get out of the map. Things like this always happen.
The point is Epic made a point of explaining why Gears 3 will be the best in the series and how they are focusing on fixing all the problems that plagued Gears 2. I don't doubt them and since Gears is one of my favorite series I can't wait to play it. Now since it has been delayed till fall of 2011 it should be one of the most polished games to ever come out.
