Seriously, EVERYONE in that game is based on a celebrity. Dr. Petrovich = Albert Einstein. Codec Snake = Sylvester Stallone while the big image of Snake = Mel Gibson. And that's just to name a few.

The list doesn't fail anywhere. It just doesn't include every character based on a real person.
