The people that video taped him were ass-holes but I do think 3-5 years is harsh for invading privacy since the only damage was emotional. The kid should have just gotten over it instead of killing himself. I have no sympathy for people that commit suicide no matter how much pressure is on them. Ive been publicly humiliated plenty of times and did not kill myself. There is NEVER a good reason to kill yourself.
