I read the article this morning after hearing about this on Headline News. So pointless. I wonder if the guy was openly gay or was he just experimenting at college. If he was trying to keep his homosexuality a secret then I can see the effect it may have had on his outlook on life.
Makes me think. About two weeks ago, I was at the Verizon Store and somebody had their Facebook account logged in on one of the phones. His message was , "Hey Facebook! I'm at Verizon checking out this new phone!" I changed his profile status to "I want everybody to know I'm gay" or something like that. Then I changed it to "I'm a dumbass that forgot to log out at the Verizon Store" or something to that effect. This story makes me feel pretty bad about that. It was all in good fun but maybe I caused this guy some harm. He looked like a douche in his profile pic, though. But still, I was wrong to do that.
