Trust me. Searching for jobs in electronics retail at your age and with no experience is likely to end in dismal failure unless you get really lucky.
I got my first two jobs through two routes: the first was a job at KFC obtained by abandoning all standards and prostituting myself out to the lowest fast-food chain on the totem pole (and they work fry cooks like dogs. The counter people are the sainted ones, and the fry cooks do all tasks too dirty for their holy hands), and the second i obtained at my public library because i caught them at a good time in terms of budget and because i had volunteered there off and on for the past four years before that.
Without experience, you are doomed, and even with it, you're facing an uphill battle if you're looking for parttime work.
