considering its 20 lightyears away id say...20 years.
OT: this is really interesting. if it is indeed habitable that is even cooler....now we just need light speed times x amount so we can get there in only a few hours 
. though i think we should try to find a closer planet for such things as colonization and research. we just gotta make sure there are no alien indians there first.
