Every company on that list with the exception of maybe Atlus and Level 5 Would be a waste of money. Level 5 also makes too much money on the DS (and in the future 3DS) to be too eager to sell. My recomendations in this order are Sucker Punch, Q Games, That Game Company, Atlus, and NIS.
