If we are talking downloadable games then:
12300 Wii points on Wiiware
8900 Wii points on Virtual Console
That's 20200 points in total, though some of those were free from trading stars... and some were slightly cheaper than others (1 Wii points card I found for £12, and 6000 points were done by debit card which is £3 saved)
I think £280 in total.
I am not against DLC for full retail games (though am not really able to experience much through the Wii anyway) but I wouldn't for example pay £5 just for half a dozen FPS maps.
