Because this looks like video card either dying or having too agressive oc.

 

I'm pretty sure i didn't have such grains on my nvidia gpu.

Yes it happens in some other games but not in most games. It shouldn't be the GPU though because it's only slightly OC and is only 2 years old.

Every equipment can breake over years.

Imho try reducing clock speeds to default values and see if it still happens.
