I had problems with the 360 version locking up as well. Probably locked up a total of 3 times through completion of the game. I wouldn't necessarily say not to purchase it though. Due to the frequent save points in the game, I was never really forced to backtrack much. But it was annoying. Hopefully they patch it soon and fix the problems because it was a fun game.
