Every person can make a small contribution and help save the planet from destruction. Climate change has been sped up over the last 30 years due to the growth in population and the rapid industrialisation of the Asian region. Average temperatures are rising every year around the world, the polar regions are melting and more frequent natural disasters.
China and India remain third world countries and they are rapidly becoming more industrialised and building bigger cities. India remains a developing third world county and it looks like a slum with lots of people living in squalid. Carbon taxes need to be introduced in every country. Alternative energy sources to be used instead of relying heavily on fossil fuels: oil and gasoline. Increase carbon tax should help investment into research and development of alternative energy sources. If it means higher oil prices and higher electric bills then that is a the price we must all pay to help save the planet from extinction.
