I read MGS in the title and we were talking about MS ips.

Metal Gear Solid and Microsoft Game Studios have the same acronym oddly enough.

Think the main problem is of the studios they do have, the teams are only large enough to be working on one project at any given time. I always though they should have had a new Fusion Frenzy as a Kinect launch title, or have given Blinx another sort. Thought that would have been a good one for Rare to have done.
