I dunno, as a Nintendo fan I'd say they've delivered with their own games at least, even if some aren't quite as universally loved as last gen (Smash Bros., Metroid, Animal Crossing) and there are yet some glaring omissions (Pikmin, F-Zero, Star Fox). On the other hand, we've also had revivals that skipped last gen entirely (Excite, Punch Out, S&P, 2D Mario/Kirby/DK), franchises that matched or exceeded last gen quality wise (Mario, Zelda, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem) and the amazing Virtual Console (which is still pound for pound the best DD service in terms of quality content). The problem is really almost everyone else, they've treated Wii like it was still in GameCube's position, rather than PS2's...
