Oh, I think there's plenty of blame to go around, and Nintendo definitely deserves their share. They should be pushing harder for content, for exclusives, and doing more to support 3rd parties in general beyond the few "favored nation" partner projects (ie: MH3, DQIX, Layton, etc)... ultimately it really is Nintendo fault if there's a lack of content on their machines.
