I bought Halo: Reach last week on day one.
I'm also getting Fable 3 (360) on day one.
Also DoDonPachi: Daifukkatsu (360) a shmup release in Japan.
Probably Castlevania (360) as well, but the JP release isn't until December I believe, so I'll have to wait awhile.
