Glad you got through. SPOILERS! Got the cannon part on trial and error but the baddies just before that held me up for hours. I was trying to use that shoulder fired plasma cannon and the backblast was killing me more often than them. Eventually I spotted the second Engineer, then started going outside to find a savepoint after each kill. Getting them all straight time was going to be impossible for me. They were taking like 20 BR headshots or a plasma grenade, a half dozen shotty blasts and a rifle butt before they went down. Three or four from a plasma rifle was all '6' could handle.
I thought it was much harder than H3. The Hunters could spin on a dime and take a lot more damage. Did anyone bother killing the four in the office building on Legendary? I just hit the jammer and ran like a rabbit. The brutes were pushovers compared to the best of the elites and some weapons seemed way overpowered in Covenant hands, then almost useless when I got them. There was always one weapon or one strategy that got the job done though. I was having flashbacks to Gaiden II and those bastids at Tecmo for a while. Yelling stuff at the screen. I've got a BP cuff, I should have taken my pulse and pressure during the worst of it. "severe hypertension, seek medical assistance".
