Hmm.. that's a tough one. I like so many characters...

Zap Brannigan, Zoidberg, Bender, Fry, Flexo, Morbo, the Hypnotoad, Richard Nixon, Scruffy, Roberto... 

If I had to choose one it'd be between the first 3. I'll go with Zoidberg as someone has already voted for Zap and Bender.
