OT: Chubby or even fat is OK if it's in all the right places, but obese is damn near dangerous for you and her. I mean what if she gets a fat illness like gout and you gotta explain that to your friends? Since you work with her, you should invite her to the gym and if she shows progress, try dating her.
Also, what's her shape like? Does she have an apple shape (fat at the top with normal legs) or the pear (bottom heavy) or like a building? If she's built like an apple or building, there's no hope for her unless they start allowing women in the D-Tackle position in the NFL.
