There are countries, however, that have put in place HIV testing for immigrants from certain countries with a high HIV infection rates. But because in most countries where HIV has a particularly high prevalence it's widespread through the heterosexual population it's not really an "anti-gay by stealth thing". |
Actually i'm fairly certain that HIV infection rates are only higher with gay people in rich first world countries. Not likely to be the gay hating countries you'd flee from.
