I think I get what you're asking about. If you're serious about this, it seems to me that Canada and the US are a good pick. One would have to contact the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and seek asylum, it's definitely possible and you wouldn't be the first to do it. Just to be clear, you're seeking asylum because you live in a place where it isn't exactly "safe" to be gay, correct?
I'd suggest contacting the UNHCR and going from there, they're sure to answer your questions. Though I must tell you that it is harder to go through with all this if you haven't actually faced persecution personally, and in the US case people actually have to physically be in the US to seek asylum, I read that here
