I'm not sure whether he laughs people to death, having never played FFX, but that's what it says in my PM. My laughter fills the minds of my victims and kills them, or some such thing.

I didn't kill anyone on Night One because of a lack of evidence. On Night Two I killed nen-suer because of blatant bandwagoning and refusal to unvote Hephaestos.

That crazy dtewi! There's a scene in FFX where Tidus and Yuna "fake-laugh" and it's really really annoying.

I checked your game collection and there's no Final-Fantasy game in there, I don't think anyone who doesn't know the game could make that up, plus Kefka's laugh is not nasal. Sorry I jumped to conclusions but Kefka is so closely associated with his laugh.
