Why Japanese Don't Like Games from the West

Kind of funny that they bring up GTA a couple times as an example of what the Japanese don't like even though it is one of the few western franchises that has done pretty well in Japan.  Hell, with re-releases Vice City did over 600k.  That's a lot more than plenty of Japan only franchises.
