I prefer they release dlc every six months...a bit like borderlands..
April 2011 - Play as Sergeant Johnson in Contact harvest (first time humanity meets the covenant) a few stages maps for MP/firefight and new mods.
November 2011 - Play as the other spartans Kelly/Kurt/Linda etc in some missions against the Covenant. Maps etc..
April 2012: - Play with the characters from Halo ODST in a new secret mission maps etc.
November 2012 - Play as Elite ******* fighting brutes(the rest of covenant) maps etc..
April: 2013 - New missions or Halo reach GOTY edition (with all the above included DLc).
November or September 2013 - Release HALO 4 on the next Xbox in time with the Halo movie..
Half of the 343 industries works on the DLC while the other half works on HALO 4....
Well that is what I would like :).
