The best gaming related podcast around is the Giant Bombcast from Giant Bomb. They have the best guests, the best conversations, they are funny and they have the best gaming coverage.
The second best would probably be the Joystiq podcast, they are slightly biased towards the 360, but the discussions they have are really interesting and some of their segments are really good.
A few more would be the Player One Podcast, Sarcastic Gamer podcast and the CAGcast.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
