I could potentially see them prioritizing DD for all 720-specific releases, but even then, a theoretical 720 would arrive well before DD is ready to fully take over (especially for games, given the sizes they'll be then), and they'd be losing sales by not supporting traditional retail releases as well.

If the 720 were to focus on DD then i'd expect an HDD no smaller than 1TB.  I can only imagine how much MS will sell their individual HDD for lol.

I cant see DD fully taking over until majority of consumers can afford faster internet with extremely large or unlimited bandwidth.
