@AOvechkin08 you may well have met many annoying atheists. But thats anecdotal and in the end doesn't mean much. Most of my friends are atheists and none of them are overtly elitist and certainly none of them are close minded. Infact I could say my experience is exactly the opposite and that my experience with theological people has been more akin to how you describe atheists. But that doesn't matter because ones experiences are an inadequate sample of people to justify saying that most Christians or Muslims or Hindus or whatevern are elitist, close-minded egotistical people. Its absurd to extrapolate that much.
And thats besides the point really. We're talking about morality and being elitist or egostistical may well be annoying but it certainly isn't murderous or perjurous, or any real concrete threat to civilisation.
