The Move activation key for High Velocity Bowling is free in the euro (Im in the uk) store.
Playstation Store > PS3 Games > Playstation Move > High Velocity Bowling Playstation Move Key.
Not sure if it'll work with US (or other outwith Europe) copies of the game though?
Also, Hustle Kings now works with PS Move controls after game update patch 2.00 (no activation key needed)
Both games work really well with the Move :)
