Different between Move and Wii?

I have Wii with motion plus, and MOVE and played Sports Champions, Tumble and Eyepet. I noticed no lag on Move and of course Wiimote lags all over the place depending on the game. But to be fair the Wii is kinda old tech at this point, I think they've done all they can with the Wiimote
