Why are we talking about colonizing? Who would want to live on another planet when you've got the most beautiful and luxurious planet in the galaxy? Think about it, if you were sent out to live on another planet you would go apeshit. I don't even think you could get used to living on another planet because you know in the back of your mind that Earth is where humans belong. There are no real planetary resources for humans to naturally colonize without shipments from Earth but if your getting shipments from Earth then ohhh...why not just never leave. Humans need to get over themselves and stop claiming/colonizing everything in sight.
On Topic - This sounds like a cool idea but if there's only one ship that can carry only 24 passengers then only about 0.01% of the population will ever get outside of space by the year 2030. But it's a step in the right direction as far as tourism goes and I can't wait to see where it leads to.
