I'm not even going to try and read a wall of text in such a tiny font...
As for old portable games, I still play them sometimes, 'cos I kept them all, and all my old handhelds still work fine. 
Ahh, Link's Awakening... Best. Game. Ever.
Also, 3DS virtual console will happen, no question about it. Nintendo won't throw away money.
