You can not really expect help without telling what the reason is why you are depressed.

Anyway don't waste your time with being depressed.

If someone has passed away I am sure they don't want that you are depressed..

If you did not achieve something you really want ..Don't worry everyone has that time in life one more than the other..

You are always welcome to talk about it in an personal message if you want to talk about it, don't let it rest on your heart.

I covered that, there really isn't anything specific I just feel really depressed, it's been getting worse for a couple months...

Depression is not a choice.

No one I know has died.

I haven't failed anything major recently.

I guess it will pass...

Yes depression is not a choice but you must be depressed for something..

The last time I hear someone say he is depressed for nothing the psychiater told him that he feels like his life s a drag. Do something you normally not would, go sporting, cooking something, walking with gf I don't know what but make time for something new....If you live is always the same cycle it is normal that you can get depressed for nothing;  It is like food you almost everday eat and one day get very tired of ...or like gaming everyday and feel tired of gaming one day...
