If you valued freedom you woudn't be on the left or right, you'd be in the middle. 

I'm more left on social issues and more right on military and fiscal issues. I'm not really loyal to either party. lol

That's what I was trying to say.  You have some values from each group and end up in the middle.  I actually take the same stance as you.

Edit:  My original comment wasn't aimed at you and I'm confused on why you thought it was.
