mmm sorry to break it up to you man, but if you dont know anything about coding, it will be difficult to do something good that people appreciate... I recommend you to buy some books and start reading and coding thats the best way to start,
I am studing electrical engineer, but i have experience on java and c , doing a good game will take you a lot of time and effort, but its not impossible, but surely not easy.
My advice is you go buy some books with your friend and start reading and learning codes, you can have the ideas, but you need to know how to translate them into code (it takes a lot of time so prepare xD)
I am telling you because i have friends that wanted to do the same and after some time they stopped because its not as friendly as people might think.
