I have to admit, I misunderestimated Rock Band. I never really cared for Guitar Hero, and I figured this was pretty much the same. And given how much more expensive it is than GH, I figured it would bomb.
Then I went to a party and ended up playing Rock Band until like 6am. Just based on that one experience it's one of my top 10 GsOTY.
I may end up buying it if there are enough new songs I like as DLC. This game already has good legs from the positive word of mouth, and that will only continue, well over 1 million would no longer surprise me.
