I did not deny that the Japanese killed many non Japanese civilians before the dropping of the bombs (that would be a stupid thing to deny)
I stated that the Japanese were not in a position to capture more cities when the bombs were dropped, and thus the number of civilian deaths preented by the bombing was very low
I also asked for a citation for your claim of killing of Japanese civilians by the Japanese Emporer, Government or Army
