NO it doesn't!!!! I still think we should stop this mudslinging and get back to the original discussion. 

 

btw the effects of the radioactivity and the discrimination of the people who survived the bombings are truthfully terrible but it was something that was till then unknown (doesn't mean America shouldn't take responsibility).
