I'd have to say Louisiana, especially when you get around New Orleans. It is a cluster F##@ of constant road construction with crappy directions on the detours and many missing street signs. I hate driving in Louisiana. They got potholes, traffic, and roads with the stripes worn off. And from what I understand there is a reason for this. Louisiana was one of the last states to raise the drinking age to 21 so the gov. stopped giving them federal funding for roads and such and for like 5 years or so and there was no road maintenance.
