I'm going to go with Utah... but I have only been to california, washington, oregon, idaho, montana, wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, and Nebraska. So that leaves 40 states that I have no knowledge of. Not to mention the fact that road quality differs year to year as well as location within the state as well.
