By big I mean it'll be a stand out title in 2011. That doesn't mean I'm expecting mega sales. But I do expect it to sell a few million assuming it lives up to the hype.

MS tends to hype its exclusives, even if they are 3rd party. I'm sure they'll do that with this game.

The hype behind the game has been pretty dead though, I'm personally looking forward to it because I love anything resembling Bioshock, but the general audience that would buy the game (forum dwellers) are kinda ignoring it.
