• The Software may be used and/or altered for the development of your tool and/or middleware products and/or game titles for any platform.
• The Software, or any altered versions, may be redistributed to any entity, subject to the following restrictions:
  • The origin of the Software shall not be misrepresented; you shall not claim that you wrote the original software.
  • If the Software, or any altered versions, is used in a product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation would be appreciated but is not required.
  • Altered source versions shall be plainly marked as such, and shall not be misrepresented as being the original Software.
  • The Software, or any altered versions, may be redistributed to end users or retailers in binary form as part of a game title or other end-user product.
  • The Software, or any altered versions, may be redistributed to game developers and/or publishers in source and/or binary form only as part of a tool and/or middleware, provided that you shall cause such game developers and/or publishers to be subject to the restrictions set forth in this Clause.
